How long do I have to use my Starter Pack?

Your Starter Pack is made to get you started right away!

With the 30-day decluttering challenge, you’ll have plenty of time to fill your 60L Impact Bag (which is equivalent to 2 bags or a Regular Pickup!).

We’ll automatically book your very first Pickup for 3–4 weeks after you receive your Starter Pack, giving you a nice window to get ready.

No need to worry:  we’ll send you reminders along the way. And if you’re not quite ready, you can easily reschedule your Pickup for free anytime up until 4pm the day before.
