To instruct the driver where the bins or reception area is:
- Log onto your account on our website or app.
- Select 'Profile' from the drop down menu
- Click the gear icon
in the top right hand corner of the screen
- Click Pickup location
- Write your instructions in the "instructions for driver" box
- Click save changes
You can also add a note for the driver when you book a Power Pickup on the app or website.
