How do I book a pickup?

Step-by-step guide for booking with us.

1. Create or login to your account via our website or app.
2. Select your volume, number of bins and preferred date. 
   
3. Confirm your pickup.

Can I set up recurring collections?

Yes! Choose from our on-demand pickup (one off pickup) OR set up a recurring collection. 

How to set a recurring collection:

1. Click 'Start' on Build your plan
2. Set the frequency from weekly, fortnightly or monthly
3. Set the date of your first collection
4. Set what size bins you use and how many will need to be collected
5. Click confirm
