How do we change the Pickup date?

Follow these simple steps!

  1. Login to your account on our website or app.

  2. Click your confirmed pickup time and scroll down to 'Manage your booking' section.

  3. Click 'Edit / Add items' then scroll down and click on the date of your scheduled pickup.

  4. Select your next preferred date that's available.
  5. Make sure to save your changes by clicking 'Update Pickup'.
