What happens if I cancel after 4pm or forget to put my bags out?

By then, routes are set, drivers assigned, and each Pickup spot reserved (think of it like a seat saved just for your bags).
When a change comes in late, we can’t reassign that spot to another resident, and your driver still heads out with space in the car waiting for you. That’s why the full Pickup fee applies.

Don’t worry: you’ll still get plenty of reminders, and our drivers will call, text, and even wait a couple of minutes when they arrive. But we need your help to make sure every trip counts.

The upside? Fewer wasted journeys, happier drivers, and more time spent on the Pickups that really matter.
