What if I forget to leave my bags out?

When you forget to put your bags out: our routes are set, drivers assigned, and each Pickup spot reserved (think of it like a seat saved just for your bags).

When a change comes in late (after 4pm the day before) or not at all, we can’t reassign that spot to another customer, and your driver still heads out with space in the car waiting for you. That’s why the full Pickup fee still applies.

We get it: life gets busy! To make things easier next time, keep an eye out for our reminders (we’ll email you the week before, the day before, and on the day itself, plus an SMS on Pickup day). You can also turn on app notifications so nothing slips through.
