Why haven’t my bags been picked up yet?

To be sure that your Pickup hasn't gone ahead as planned, you can:

1. Double check your booking date and confirmation.
2. Check the time - our drivers pick up between 8am and 4pm.

If you have done these things, and you still think something is wrong - we’re sorry! It’s possible that a mistake has been made on our end. If you could email us at hello@recyclesmart.com and we will do our best to sort it out ASAP!
