Why were some of my items or bags left behind?

To keep things safe and clean, our drivers may leave behind items that are:

• Wet or too dirty

• Contain organic waste (like food scraps)

• Hazardous or dangerous

This helps us protect the integrity of the items we collect and avoid contamination—so we can recover and recycle as much as possible.
