How do Pickups work with an Office Pack or a Commercial Pack?

You choose your frequency, can modify the Pickup until 4pm the day before and simply need to make sure your bin is accessible to your local driver on your Pickup day: easy!

1. How do Pickups work?
   You select your frequency (weekly, fortnightly, or yearly) when purchasing. Pickups are scheduled accordingly, and we offer flexible options to add or reschedule Pickups as needed.
2. Can I change my Pickup frequency or order more bins later?
   Yes! You can scale up or down anytime, just get in touch and we’ll update your plan.
3. What happens if I forget to put the bin out or miss the Pickup?
   If we can’t access your bin (e.g. not put out, locked, no one answers), the Pickup will still be charged (although we can be flexible and try to collect the following available day). If we miss the Pickup, we’ll reschedule as soon as possible.
