How much does it cost?

For your everyday household items like soft plastics, e-waste, clothes, batteries, etc. (We call these items "Everyday items"): 

  • You may choose between a monthly subscription:
    • $14 per month
    • 2 bags collected (minimum 2 bags)
    • Additional bags: $7
  • Or an one off on-demand pickup: 
    • $15 for two bags (roughly 40x40x20cm) of tricky-to-recycle items
    • Additional bags: $7.50
  • You will only be charged once we collect your bags.

  • PLUS+ is for the occasional tricky-to-recycle items:
    • Clunky Cardboard: $10 per oversized box
    • Big electronics: $10 per item (vacuum cleaner, microwave, etc.)
  • In selected areas, the council is subsidising our service. If you are a resident of a participating council partner, you can set up a FREE recurring collection. We will collect up to 2 bags for free on a recurring basis.
    The frequency of your free recurring plan varies depending on where you live. Simply create or visit your account to find out.

All payments are made securely through our app or website so that we can stay contact-free. Our payment service provider is Stripe.
