I bought Ship-to-Us satchels, do they count towards Qantas Green Tier?

When you send back 5 Ship-to-Us satchels filled with hard-to-recycle items, it will count towards Qantas Green Tier eligibility.

Ship-to-Us is designed for customers outside our service areas, so you can still recycle with us even if door-to-door Pickups aren’t available where you live.

Once your satchels are received and processed, we will send this information to the Qantas Frequent Flyer team.

Please note that it may take up to 4 to 6 weeks for your account to update and will be recognised as a Green Tier activity once per Membership year.
