We’re not in your area for Power Pickups? We have a solution! Whether you're an individual or business, our new 'Ship-to-Us' service means you can send your recyclables our way hassle-free.
Here’s how it works:
- Get started: Order your pack of 10 pre-paid shipping satchels (sign up first!)*.
- Fill them up: Use the satchels for tricky recyclables like soft plastics, e-waste, textiles, and more! (Max 5kg per bag. Full list here)
- Label your satchels: Before shipping it out, write our address on each satchel.

- Ship it out: Drop the filled satchels at any Post Office at a convenient time for you.
- We’ve got this: Once we receive your items, we’ll sort them and ensure they’re recycled or repurposed into something new.
*Note: Please check if we already provide Power Pickups in your area once you've set up your account. This service is only eligible for areas without Power Pickups.

Whether you're an individual or business, this service is only available in areas where we don't provide Power Pickups currently.
Do I need to ship all 10 satchels at once?
No, you have full flexibility to use the satchels as you please! You can ship all 10 at the same time if you’re getting rid of a lot of items, or you can ship them on a weekly or monthly basis - whenever they’ve filled up or reached 5kg in weight.
