What are the Starter Pack’s Terms and Conditions?

Here’s the quick rundown:

1. What’s included: Your Starter Pack comes with a 60L Impact Bag (perfect for Regular Pickups), 1 Pickup, and a 30-day decluttering challenge.
2. First Pickup: Your initial Pickup (a Regular Pickup) will be automatically scheduled 3–4 weeks after you receive your Starter Pack.
3. Monthly plan: After your Starter Pack Pickup, you’ll roll into a monthly plan at $15/month. This includes 1 Pickup each month of up to 2 bags (our Impact Bag is the equivalent of 2 bags).
4. What goes in the bags: Only dry, clean items, please — no food or plants. Check our website for more information.
5. Refunds: Refunds will only be provided if your bags don’t arrive within 30 days of purchase, if they arrive faulty, or if your Starter Pack Pickup isn’t completed within 10 days of the scheduled date. Refunds or returns aren’t available for change of mind.
6. Who can buy: The Starter Pack is only for new customers who’ve never booked a Pickup with us before.
