We've made modifying your pickup easy! All you need to do is login to your account via our website or app.

From there, click the three dots button next to your scheduled pickup and click Edit. Then update the number of bags. Be sure to click 'Save' when you are finished.
Forgot to add extra bags to your pickup on the day? Unfortunately, the driver will not be able to take extra bags that haven't been booked for along with them. We do not want to charge you for extra bags without your consent first. You can edit your pickup on your account until 4pm the day before.
Please note, it is a minimum of two bags per pickup.
