# Can I mix different items in the same bag?

 

Usually everything can just go straight into the same bag, but here’s a couple of things you can do to make our job easier:

- Keep all your **soft plastics together** (preferably in a plastic shopping bag) so that they don’t fly around and are easy to pickup.
- Place batteries in a zip lock or small plastic bag on top of your recycling so that the driver knows they are there.
- Put all your **aluminium coffee capsules** into a tightly sealed plastic bag, then just put it inside your other bags for collection.
- Put only dry, reasonably clean items in your bag.
