No, you don’t need to be home when we collect. Just don’t forget to leave your bags out!
We recommend leaving your bags in a safe and accessible place, and adding instructions to your booking to help the driver locate them. You can do this on your account at any time in the lead up to your pickup by logging into your account.
Our driver will call you if they are struggling to find your bags, so be sure to keep an eye on your phone throughout the day just in case!
