How can I add pickup instructions to my account?

To make it easier for our driver to find your bags, we highly recommend adding pickup instructions to your address information. 

To do this:

• Log onto your account on our website or app.
• Select 'Profile' from the drop down menu
• Click the gear icon in the top right hand corner of the screen
• Click Pickup location
• Write your instructions in the "instructions for driver" box
• Click save changes

You can also add a note for the driver when you book a Power Pickup.
