To make it easier for our driver to find your bags, we highly recommend adding pickup instructions to your address information.
To do this, begin by logging into your account on our website or app.
Click your name in the top right hand corner of the screen, and select 'Profile' from the drop down menu.
Write your instructions in the 'Additional information' box beneath your address, then click the pink 'Update' button down at the bottom of the form.
