How can I add pickup instructions to my account?

To make it easier for our driver to find your bags, we highly recommend adding pickup instructions to your address information. 

To do this:

• Log in to your account on our website or app.
• Select 'Profile' 
• Click the gear icon in the top right hand corner of the screen
• Click 'Pickup location'
• Write your notes in the "Instructions for driver" box
• Click 'Save changes'

You can also attach a photo to your Pickup:

Once you've scheduled your Pickup, click on 'Prepare for your Pickup' (in the Pickups page), then choose 'Add photos':
