Finding out when your next scheduled pickup is is easy! Just follow the steps below:
1. Sign in to your RecycleSmart account on our website here. If you have downloaded our app, you can also check your upcoming pickups there.
2. Once you have signed in, you will find your pickup information on the home page of your account.
To add bags, reschedule or cancel your next pickup, click the three dots on the side and select the 'Edit' button. To book a new pickup, click 'Book a Pickup' at the bottom of the screen.
