# How can I find out when my next Pickup is scheduled for?

## Finding out when your next scheduled Pickup is is easy!

 

Just follow the steps below: 

 

1\. **Sign in** to your RecycleSmart account on our website [here](https://portal.recyclesmart.com/). If you have downloaded our app, you can also check your upcoming pickups there.

2\. Once you have signed in, you will find your Pickup information on the **home page** of your account.

To add bags, reschedule or cancel your next Pickup, click on the "Edit" button.   
To book a new Pickup, click 'Book a Pickup' at the bottom of the screen.
