# How do I add a note for the driver?

To instruct the driver where the bins or reception area is: 

- **Log onto your account** on [our website](https://my.recyclesmart.com/) or app.
- **Select 'Profile'** from the drop down menu
- **Click the gear icon ![](https://lh7-us.googleusercontent.com/docsz/AD_4nXcBhtQlbCaeQyMv6r4O3PLe5Wn4u415Ye91RL9hTLNFrxb4GT3eOnCDtBkUwzpdR5btlCNvN8rz19rP1O-JT9g9ZYOvBsnfzCaZwq5AjpR2yknyHRwvpymONE6PSub6kV8baTYCJXsUBgKv3AZqWbjwNbqS?key=SRaTkqYelX8cS6yddgX1UQ)** in the top right hand corner of the screen
- **Click Pickup location**
- Write your instructions in the **"instructions for driver" box**
- Click **save changes**

You can also add a note for the driver when you book a Power Pickup on the app or website.
