# How do I book a pickup?

## Step-by-step guide for booking with us.

1. **Create** or **login** to your account via our website or app.
2. Select your **volume**, **number of bins** and **preferred** **date**.

3. **Confirm** your pickup.

**Can I set up recurring collections?**

Yes! Choose from our on-demand pickup (one off pickup) OR set up a recurring collection. 

**How to set a recurring collection:**

1. Click '**Start**' on Build your plan
2. Set the **frequency** from weekly, fortnightly or monthly
3. Set the **date** of your first collection
4. Set what **size bins** you use and how many will need to be collected
5. Click **confirm**
