How do I change, cancel or reschedule a pickup?


We've made modifying your pickup easy! All you need to do is login to your account via our website or app.


From there, click the three dots next to your scheduled pickup. 

If you click Edit: You can add additional bags to your pickup or change the date (be sure to click 'save' when you are finished.)

You can also cancel your pickup.

If you would like to skip your next pickup but keep your plan, click Skip.


If you would like to cancel your plan, visit your Account and choose Billing and Plans. 


Then, click Stop.
