We've made changing your Pickup easy! Read on to find out.
'I want to reschedule my Pickup':
1. Login to your account via our website or app and head to the 'Pickups' section.
2. Click your confirmed pickup time and scroll down to 'Manage your Pickup' section.
3. Click 'Edit' or 'Cancel' - if you're rescheduling the Pickup date, scroll down and click on the date of your scheduled pickup.
4. Select your new preferred date, then click 'Update Pickup'.
'I want to skip my pickup':
1. Follow steps 1 and 2 like above
2. Click 'Skip Pickup'
3. Your Pickup will be scheduled to the following month. You won't be charged for the skipped Pickup as long as you make the change before 4pm the day prior.
'I want to pause or cancel my plan':
1. Head to the 'Pickups' page on the app
2. Click the 3 dots to see 'Pause Plan' or 'Cancel Plan'
3. Or head to your 'Profile' page and select settings () > Your plan > Tap the 3 dots to Pause or Cancel
