How do I change or cancel a pickup?

We've made changing your pickup easy! Read on to find out.

 

'I want to reschedule my pickup':

1. Login to your account via our website or app.

2. Click your confirmed pickup time and scroll down to 'Manage your booking' section.

3. Click 'Edit / Add items' then scroll down and click on the date of your scheduled pickup.

4. Select your new preferred date then click 'Update Pickup'.

'I want to cancel or skip my pickup':

1. Follow steps 1 and 2 like above

2. Click 'Cancel' (if you booked an on-demand pickup) or 'Skip Pickup' (if you're on a plan)

'I want to pause or cancel my plan':

1. Visit your Profile and choose 'Your Plan' in settings (top right corner).

2. Click the three dots on the top right corner and select 'Pause' or Delete'.
