How does the Business Pickup work?

What type of materials can be collected with the Business Pickup service?
We collect the same items for businesses as we do for residents: soft plastics, e-waste, polystyrene, corflutes, and other tricky-to-recycle items such as textiles, batteries, etc. Click here to see the full list.

How do I book a pickup?
Once you create your account as an organisation, you can easily book a pickup by visiting our website. Your local driver will then come to your location to collect the items on the day of your booking, between 8am and 4pm.

Our pricing is competitive and depends on the amount of material you need to get recycled.


How much does the Business Pickup service cost?
  • 60L bin: $14 + GST
  • 90L bin: $21 + GST
  • 120L bin: $28 + GST
  • 240L bin: $49 + GST
  • For volumes over 4000L, bulk discounts apply and we will provide a personalised quote

How do you ensure the collected materials are properly recycled?

We are partnered with reputable recycling businesses, such as APR Plastics and Upcycle4Better, that follow industry standards.
