How does the Office Pack work?

- Can we use our own bin for the office pack?
At the moment, you can absolutely buy your own bin and simply book your collections online. To do so, create your account and build your plan.
- I want to use my own bin but get the label to put on my own bin?
Sure thing! Here’s the file.
- What happens if we want weekly collections instead of fortnightly?
That’s perfectly fine! Just visit your account to adjust the frequency of your plan. Your credits will then be used up in 6 months instead of 12. To keep your subscription active, you’ll need to either add your credit card details or contact us to arrange for an invoice.
- Is there an expiry on the 26 collections?
Your credits are valid for two years to give you extra flexibility.
- What do we do if we want 2 collections one week?
This is a very specific request: contact us at business@recyclesmart.com
- Is the package the same cost if you want to get it again?
For your second year, you won’t need to buy the bin. You will only pay for the collection. We cannot guarantee the price one year in advance but we will make sure to keep you informed in advance.
- Do you go on week to week or another 26 collections after you use up the initial 26 collections?
Week on week.
- Can you set up automatic collections so you don’t have to book each time?
Of course! Simply choose a plan and the collections will be set up for you.
- Can we put a little more out than 60 liters for collection (ie 90 ltrs)?
We can only collect up to 60 liters, since our charges are based on the volume collected, any additional amount beyond 60 liters would need to be arranged separately.
- What if I realize I don't need a collection for one week? How do I change this?

- How do I check the impact my business is having?

- Can I move my collection day?
Yes! Visit your account and edit your pickup.
