From Monday 3 March, our pricing will change due to rising recycling costs.
Our vetted recyclers have increased their fees e.g. battery recycling rebates have ended, and the cost of soft plastics recycling has doubled.
To keep things running, we needed to adjust our pricing too.
Here’s what it means for you:
I’m in a council that offers free pickups
- Your free plan stays free—a huge thanks to your council!
I bought a Starter Pack
- Our Starter Pack won’t increase as we want to keep recycling as accessible as possible.
- Your prepaid pickup remains available.
I’m on a monthly plan - the new rate will apply from 1 April
- For monthly plan users, the new rate will apply from 1 April: you’ll pay $15 per month instead of $14.
- If you’re currently on our limited time intro offer, your first 3 pickups will remain at $9.99. After that, your monthly pickup will cost $15.
I only use on-demand pickup
- The price for an on-demand pickup is now $19.
