To make your recycling (as well as the lives of our drivers!) as easy as possible, we’ll send an email reminder to you one week, as well as one day before your pickup.
Of course, accidents happen! If you do miss a pickup, you will need to book a new one online.
Unfortunately, if you miss more than 3 pickups we will have to cancel your subscription.
