# What if I put the wrong thing in my bag?

We know that accidents happen though. If you do make a mistake on the day of your pickup, our drivers will l**eave any items they can’t collect** where they found them.

 

Our driver will also **try to call you** and explain why they couldn’t collect that item.

 

That way, you can dispose of them more appropriately, and you’ll have a better idea of what we can collect for your next pickup!
