We know that accidents happen though. If you do make a mistake on the day of your pickup, our drivers will leave any items they can’t collect where they found them.
Our driver will also try to call you and explain why they couldn’t collect that item.
That way, you can dispose of them more appropriately, and you’ll have a better idea of what we can collect for your next pickup!
