Why can't I see the day of my next pickup?

We have optimised our routes to be more efficient by clustering pickups that are close to each other. The routes will be planned four weeks in advance.

How will it work?

  • If you have a Power Pickup booked for over four weeks away, we will give you the week dates, for example: 21.08 to 25.08.
  • Four weeks before your pickup you will receive an email and a notification of the confirmed date.
  • Your “pickup disposed” email will notify you of the week of your next pickup. If you are on a plan, the cycle repeats again! and again… and again… you get it.

Why is it important?

We have implemented this to reduce our footprint: less distance means less emissions. Even though we are a proud carbon neutral company, we are constantly looking for ways to reduce our footprint!
