Why can't I see the day of my next Pickup?

We have optimised our routes to be more efficient by clustering Pickups that are close to each other. The routes will be planned 4 weeks in advance.

How will it work?


  • If you have a Pickup booked for over four weeks away, we will give you the week dates, for example: 21.08 to 25.08.
  • Four weeks before your Pickup you will receive an email and a notification of the confirmed date.
  • Your “pickup disposed” email will notify you of the week of your next Pickup. If you are on a plan, the cycle repeats again! and again… and again… you get it.

Why is it important?

We have implemented this to reduce our footprint: less distance means less emissions. Even though we are a proud carbon neutral company, we are constantly looking for ways to reduce our footprint!
