On February 28th, we will be implementing a price increase to enhance our service offerings.
How much will the monthly plan cost after the price increase?
Following the update, the monthly plan will be priced at $14 per month for the collection of 2 bags, with an additional charge of $7 for each extra bag collected.
What about the On-demand Power Pickup service?
The On-demand Power Pickup service will be available at $15 for the collection of 2 bags, with an additional fee of $7.50 for each extra bag collected.
What improvements can we expect with this price increase?
The increased pricing will enable us to:
- Ensure responsible recycling by funding our growing network of recyclers and expanding the range of items we collect.
- Fairly support local drivers who provide our pickup services.
- Invest in our technology to offer a smoother and more user-friendly experience.
