Usually, you can just leave your bags/boxes/items outside your front door. If you’re concerned about the driver being able to find them, or you have somewhere more accessible in mind, just **add a pickup note** when you make your booking. You can also **take a picture** of the location of your items on the summary page. If you are unsure about how to do this, check out our article, [How can I add pickup instructions to my account?](https://help.recyclesmart.com/how-can-i-add-pickup-instructions-to-my-account?hsLang=en)

If you live in a **multi-apartment complex**, we recommend you leave your bag in an area that can be accessed by anyone, like near the building entrance or in an outside bin enclosure. We also have a building program! [Find out more here.](https://www.recyclesmart.com/building-program)

Again, if you’re unsure just add a pickup note or photo on the app so our drivers can find your bags :)
